• Aren't "community sites", but rather the maker's
  This site is meant to be useful for members of all communities
• Don't try to sell anything at all to the visitor
• No login required to view materials
• Offer many resources for download

In addition, we'll always not link to:

• Sites that support software piracy (or sites that link to them)
• Sites that steal graphics from others (or sites that link to them)
• Sites that are mostly ripped graphics
• Sites with too many ads or any popup ads

Sites that offer only a small amount of resources, but high quality ones, may be accepted.
In this case it must be the site owner who requests a link and we may require a link back
